Prerequisites

  • A selected Queue Unit and date range.
Layarva Queue Operational Report with filters, metrics, chart, and CSV exports

Queue Reports filter by date, Operator, Category, and Counter, with summary and detail CSV exports.

Report dimensions

  • Tickets taken, completed, and marked no-show.
  • Waiting and serving counts.
  • Wait duration and service duration.
  • Results by Operator.
  • Results by service Category.
  • Results by Counter.

Run a report

  1. Open the Queue Unit and select Reports.
  2. Choose a preset range or enter From and To dates.
  3. Select branch total, Operator, service, or Counter chart lines.
  4. Apply the relevant filters.
  5. Review summary cards and the trend chart.
  6. Export Summary CSV for aggregates or Detail CSV for ticket evidence.
Queue reporting is separate from Proof of Play. Queue reports measure customer service operations; Proof of Play measures content playback evidence.

Timezone behavior

Queue business dates follow the Queue Unit’s primary Location and configured timezone. Do not compare daily counts across branches until their local-day boundaries are understood.
