What you’ll accomplish

You will read the Plan & Usage page, understand what consumes a limit, and predict what happens when a workspace is over its entitlement.
Layarva Plan and Usage page showing Enterprise Screen, Offline Screen, Queue Unit, Queue Display, and storage usage

Plan & Usage shows the workspace's resolved plan and the counters used by billing enforcement.

How usage is counted

Billable Screen count is:
Edge changes who delivers content; it does not change how many televisions exist. Offline Screens consume their separate allowance first. Queue Displays are funded by Queue Units:
Kiosks and operator stations are not separately limited. Library storage counts uploaded media, not Player caches, thumbnails, or generated artifacts.

Add-ons

An Additional Cloud Screen or Additional Queue Unit adds to the plan allowance; it does not replace it. Unlimited entitlements remain unlimited.

What happens after a downgrade

Changing plan does not unpair Screens, delete content, or immediately black out existing displays. Creation gates prevent new objects above the current entitlement. Period-bound enforcement can disable excess playback later, preserving the oldest Screens first. Disabled Screens are not deleted. When entitlement is restored, they can be re-enabled in the order they were disabled. Queue Units are not automatically re-enabled because an unattended Queue restart could issue numbers in the wrong branch state.
Do not use a static documentation table as the contractual source for plan limits. The product currently has a verified entitlement-name mismatch affecting Premium and Queue Only in the Offline Package and Queue Edge paths. Use the resolved Plan & Usage view and contact Layarva support before relying on those two paths.
